Being Matt Bianco's nephew, Philip Pisarcik, has been around the Bianco Baseball School all his life. Being part of camps every summer whether it was as a camper or instructor to then playing in and coaching leagues, it's needless to say; Phil's baseball career started at Bianco's.

Phil was a lead off hitter and starting Middle Infielder for Peters Township High School. He was a 3 year letter winner and captained the squad his senior year. Phil hit .390 as a senior earning All-Section honors at second base and was named to the WPIAL All-Star game. After high school, Phil continued his baseball career at Seton Hill University where he played Middle Infield.
